  • You are an expert in business strategy and use tools like VMOST, OKRs and roadmaps
  • Identifying market potentials, trends, business models and innovative distribution channels for our products are party of your daily tasks
  • You are monitoring changes in market development and integrating the resulting implications into ongoing strategy in close coordination with management
  • You are able to optimise business processes
  • Supporting the CEO in the preparation and development of presentations and decision papers, working on projects and handling information in a position of absolute trust
  • You like crossfunctional work with multiple internal departments 

You bring these qualities with you

  • You have successfully completed your studies in Business Administration or a related field
  • You have already gained several years of professional experience in a management consultancy or in the field of business development
  • You have a feeling for economic trends and innovative business models
  • You have convincing analytical and strategic skills and therefore enjoy analysing customers, competitors and markets
  • You are business fluent in German and English
  • You have the ability to inspire and convince other people and to engage and communicate within the management team 
  • You describe yourself as reliable, with integrity and highly structured
