Senior Project manager (m/f/d) Munich

You proactively improve and further develop Regiondo together with top management to become the number one booking solution in our market 

You manage global strategic and operational projects by closely working together with all departments at Regiondo and with the Jochen Schweizer mydays Group 

You analyze and implement international scalable, agile and cross-team processes and thus actively contribute to our internationalization 

You evaluate and implement innovative technologies to constantly improve efficiency across all departments at Regiondo 

You actively manage stakeholders, prepare shareholder communication, and constantly track project progress and maintenance of project documentation 

You serve as center of excellence for teaching and communicating project management skills to internal stakeholders 

Above-average successful completion of university studies related to economics and ideally an additional qualification in the field of project management 

At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the field of project management / business development in a very agile and scaling environment 

Knowledge of proven and innovative concepts and methods in the context of digital transformation and change management, e.g. design thinking, agile change management, blended learning 

A very strong hands-on mentality and a drive for success speak for you 

Strong communication and teamwork skills and ability to work independently 

You feel confident working in an international high-growth environment with remote communication and teams across Europe 

You speak English on a professional level, further languages would be considered a plus
