• Our experience portfolio stands and falls with you! You take responsibility for maintaining and developing our brands Jochen Schweizer and mydays.
  • To achieve this, you identify attractive providers with convincing experience offers to enrich our experience offer in the topseller area and know how to identify innovative experience trends.
  • You independently negotiate the cooperation agreements with the providers and conclude new experience partner agreements. In doing so, you manage to take our strategic and business objectives into account.
  • You intensify the business relationship with our existing experience partners on a social, structural, qualitative and quantitative level. This includes looking after the experience partners as a reliable consultant, as well as the further development of the products. You contractually record the optimisation and expansion of the offer.
  • Your responsibility is to ensure the quality and availability of the customer experience and that the experience partner achieves its strategic goals together with us. You derive improvement measures from complaints and customer surveys and are in close contact with our experience partners.


  • You enjoy actively helping to shape KPI-driven processes and always focus on the satisfaction and success of our experience partners and our customers.
  • You have experience in sales and are passionate about convincing new partners of our business model on the phone.
  • In your role as Category Manager, you interact with a wide range of departments and know how to communicate in English.
  • Fluent written and spoken German is mandatory due to the predominant work in the DACH region.
