Head of Sales Operations (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic sales operations professional to lead a team of 6-8 people. You will directly report to the Director Sales and will be in charge of overseeing and growing the sales operations team. You will support our growing team by working on cross-functional initiatives that help increase productivity and efficiency across all international sales segments. A key task in this role is to engage with the sales leadership teams to facilitate all sales operations related topics and lead a team in multi disciplinaries of sales operations. 

 

What you and your team will do: 

  • Lead Management: You oversee all activities of lead management including the database generation by the use of lead enrichment tools up to setting up sales campaigns for all markets across Europe 

  • CRM-System Salesforce: You and your team will own the optimizing of our CRM with the support of our Salesforce Admin & consultants, implementing changes to further enhance data quality, reporting of our KPIs and our sales process 

  • Sales Steering: You will steer and oversee centralized all activities in terms of funnel reporting across all markets and implement standards across the organisation 

  • Sales Training: You will be in charge of all topics relating the coordination of training resources for our sales, onboarding and success teams across Europe and to roll out our internal sales training programs 

  • Sales Enablement:  You will be in charge of diagnosing the need for sales enablement tools, select and implement best in class Sales Enablement Software and other technology tools, which facilitate the lives of our Sales Development Representative and Account Executives 

You bring these qualities with you

  • You have 4+ years' experience in a sales operations role in a high-growth B2B technology company incl. managing a team of different backgrounds 

  • You can manage complex projects and implement them in a large multi-lingual sales organisation 

  • You have a good understanding of our CRM tool Saleforce as well as how a SAAS Company can make use of it 

  • You have a good knowledge of lead generation and lead enrichments tools and can build processes around them 

  • You know the market of sales acceleration tools and have implemented them in previous organisations 

  • Prior experience in a direct sales role of a SAAS company is a plus
