• You know and apply different research methods to find out and understand needs, motivations and behaviors of our users
  • You independently set up and moderate usability tests
  • With the support of our web analytics team, you always keep an eye on the KPIs and identify potentials for more customer value
  • You derive recommendations for action from your research findings and transfer them into concepts and wireframes (depending on your expertise even into designs)
  • You share your gained insights and concepts with team and stakeholders and represent your professional UX conviction in meetings


  • Whether you have a degree (in human factors, media science, information design, psychology or similar), an apprenticeship or a career changer: we are convinced by you and your portfolio, because in the end it's you who are important.
  • You already have experience with eCommerce? Plus point.
  • You communicate openly and diplomatically, are not afraid of presentations and moderating meetings or workshops
  • You have the desire and perseverance to make things happen, create structures, and are passionate about solving complex UX tasks
  • You like to work in a team, attach importance to professional exchange and also like to drink a spritzer or a coffee with us from time to time.
  • Good written and spoken German and English round off your profile

As a UX Consultant/Designer (m/f/d) you are not only part of our 5-person UX/UI team, but also work closely with your cross-functional team members (Product Owner, UI Designer, Developer). Together you will develop and prioritize the most promising ideas to make the customer journey in our stores and on other company websites as pleasant and easy as possible.
