- In your new role as Sales Manager:in in the corporate client area for the product of the Jochen Schweizer employee card on the subject of "tax-free benefits in kind", you will build up a customer base for the two brands mydays and Jochen Schweizer and be responsible for their support from A-Z (including invoicing) yourself.
- This includes generating leads (e.g. independent brokers and brokerage houses from the financial services sector), approaching new and existing customers, and preparing calculations, offers and negotiating contracts.
- Also accepting, recording inbound calls from companies for "tax free in kind" is part of your duties.
- You know what your customers need and advise them on our product and service portfolio. As a sales professional, you create cross- & up-selling.
- He who writes, stays: Of course, the conscientious maintenance of all sales activities in Salesforce and SAP is also part of your daily routine.
- Creating reports and evaluations should not be a problem for you.
What you need
- First things first: you are a communicative sales talent and enjoy personal contact with customers
- You bring a strong customer and service orientation, work independently and have good team skills
- You are used to working in a structured way within given processes and developing them further
Ideally, you have gained experience in the financial services industry, e.g. as a broker or even broker advisor - You have the ability to inspire and are enthusiastic yourself
- You are characterized by strong negotiation and assertiveness skills
- You have strategic skills and also think "outside the box" sometimes
- A plus, not a must: you already have experience with Salesforce and SAP
- Your profile is rounded off by very good MS Office and German language skills, both written and spoken; good English skills are desirable.
