(Senior) Legal Counsel (m/f/d)

• You advise the companies of the Jochen Schweizer mydays Group on all legal matters
• You enjoy working pragmatically on legal topics from very different areas of law
• You keep an eye on legislative developments in the areas of law relevant to us
• You draft and review contracts of all kinds with regard to compliance with contract guidelines, laws and regulations
• You further develop contract standards and support the development of the legal strategy
• You check legal facts, evaluate possible risks and work out possible solutions.
• You work closely with our parent company ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE on complex issues.

The - also international - growth and development goals of our group of companies are manifold. As the legal department, we accompany this development and advise the management and other teams on all legal issues in order to achieve the company's goals and prevent damage to the company. In order to keep pace with further development, we are looking for you to support our legal department, which currently has five members.

• You have successfully completed the 2nd state law examination and already have some professional experience as a corporate lawyer (m/f/d) in a commercial enterprise or in a law firm, ideally in the e-commerce environment.
• Topics such as data protection and compliance are fun for you and ideally you also have some initial experience with them
• You use your legal skills in an efficient, pragmatic, business-oriented, goal-oriented, independent and structured manner.
• Your conceptual, exact, proactive and solution-oriented way of working is one of your strengths.
• You enjoy constantly learning about new topics and thinking outside the box to explore new avenues and develop effective solutions
• You have excellent communication skills in order to represent your concerns fairly and convincingly in exchanges with colleagues as well as in negotiations with external partners.
