• As B2B Marketing Manager you are the interface between our B2B Sales and Brand Marketing departments and ensure efficient marketing communication of our topics and products for corporate customers under the umbrella of our Brand Guidelines.
  • You will work closely with the B2B Corporate Sales team and skilfully translate sales topics into targeted marketing activities. 
  • You will be instrumental in developing a B2B marketing plan, executing all marketing campaigns and reporting performance.
  • In doing so, you always have the goals of the B2B Sales Team in mind and are equally guided by the core values of our brands (Jochen Schweizer + mydays)
  • You independently maintain our B2B websites and keep the content always up to date under SEO aspects.
  • Through your commitment, our inbound marketing grows: you implement newsletter campaigns and are responsible for the planning and organization of our online seminars. 
  • You actively expand our B2B social media channels and operate reliable community management.


  • You have a degree in communications, marketing, business administration or comparable training.
  • You have several years of professional experience in brand and online marketing.
  • Fluency, creativity and expressiveness distinguish you.
  • You are not afraid of data analysis and dealing with numbers.
  • You work independently and have a high level of quality awareness. In addition, you are empathetic and a quick grasp of things characterizes your way of working.
  • You have a very good command of German and English, both written and spoken.
