• You are part of the Travel Customer Care team and actively participate in the handling of our operational tour operator business
  • You support the travel team with written and telephone support for our adventure partners and customers and provide them with qualified assistance in the event of appointments, booking difficulties, billing questions, cancellations and much more.
  • You maintain contract, product and booking information in our CRM system and evaluate it
  • You will work independently on sub-projects in the area of customer care and/or product management and advance these in constant exchange with the product manager.
  • You support the Product Manager Travel in the areas of product expansion and optimisation as well as in the day-to-day business


  • You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) in the field of business/marketing or a similar field of study or would like to complete an internship in preparation for taking up a course of study/vocational training.
  • You have a very helpful and warm way of communicating
  • Even in difficult situations you keep a cool head, act in a friendly and service-oriented manner
  • Your profile is rounded off by very good MS Office skills (especially Excel), your analytical way of thinking and good written and spoken German and English skills.
