Your impact
- Customer service: During your training, you will provide personal support and advice to our customers. You will develop a feel for their wishes and needs.
- Event planning: You will become an event professional and gain insights into the planning and organization of corporate events - from the idea to the big day.
- Research: You research suitable campaigns that match the customer briefing, budget and number of participants. You will hone your analytical skills in the process.
- Offer management: You are involved in the process of creating offers and presentations. You will obtain prices and availability and put together attractive offers.
- Event organization: You will gain practical insights into the organization of all event components, including transfers, accommodation and catering. This will prepare you for the challenges of an event.
- Follow-up: After the event, you take care of the follow-up and reporting. Here you can find out how important good follow-up is for success.
- Customer care: You maintain long-term relationships with our existing customers and communicate actively - because good communication is the be-all and end-all.
Your expertise
- Graduation: You have completed your secondary school leaving certificate and are now keen to start your professional career. An internship in the event and communications sector is a real plus.
- Ability to work in a team: You are characterized by your open and friendly nature, because you enjoy interacting with others and also enjoy working in a team.
- Structured: You can structure yourself well and think proactively.
- Computer skills: You are already familiar with MS Office tools and would like to expand your knowledge even further.
- Language: You have a very good command of German and a good command of English.
