Your impact
- You process the concerns of our customers and partners (such as customer complaints and billing difficulties of partners) independently and reliably with the help of our internal ticket system
- You independently obtain the necessary information for processing these tickets from the specialist departments.
- You are the interface between category management, customer service and the experience organizer
- You support the teams in daily business partner topics and project-related issues
- After your induction, you will take on responsibility for smaller purchasing and contract issues (such as price-performance changes, partner terminations, partner briefings)
- You maintain the SAP database and Salesforce and are also responsible for document management
Your expertise
- You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) in business, events, tourism or a comparable course of study.
- You are interested in familiarizing yourself with various internal systems.
- You have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and are technically minded.
- You work independently, responsibly and keep an overview even in stressful situations.
- You are quick on the uptake and impress with your structured and careful way of working.
- You enjoy communicating internally (specialist departments) and externally (partners)
