Apprenticeship as an office management assistant (IHK)

The apprenticeship starts on 01.09.2025.
Vocational school: Munich state vocational school

As an apprentice at JSMD you will receive the following salary:
1st year of apprenticeship: €1,050.00
2nd year of apprenticeship: €1,150.00
3rd year of apprenticeship: €1,250.00

You will also receive a travel allowance of €50 per month from us.

About your Job

Organization and coordination of everyday office life: During your apprenticeship, you will be responsible for planning and organizing daily office processes. You will ensure that everything runs smoothly.
Office management: In this area you will learn how to maintain and manage databases, be the first point of contact for colleagues and guests at the front desk and be entrusted with fleet management
Office supplies management: You will also support us in the procurement and management of office supplies.
Supporting our experience partners: You will also learn how to contribute to the support and care of our experience partners.
Customer service: You will get to know the processes involved in our customer service and support the team by handling customer concerns independently.
Involvement in the HR department: You are part of the HR department and support all aspects, from recruiting new colleagues to looking after and supporting our existing employees.
Creation of personnel-related documents: You will help with the creation of various HR-related documents, such as employment references, giving you a comprehensive insight into HR.

About your Profile

Graduation: You have completed your secondary school leaving certificate and are now keen to start your professional career. An internship in an office job is a real plus.
Ability to work in a team: You are characterized by your open and friendly nature, because you enjoy interacting with others and also enjoy working in a team.
Structured: You can structure yourself well and think proactively.
Computer skills: You are already familiar with MS Office tools and would like to expand your knowledge even further.
Language: You have a very good command of German and a good command of English.
