Category Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibility: Our experience portfolio stands and falls with you.You take responsibility for the partner and product portfolio in your experience category for the Jochen Schweizer and mydays brands. 
Goal Orientation: You conduct regular discussions with the key accounts in your category and ensure a comprehensive portfolio, in close consultation with our New Acquisition team and other internal interfaces such as Onboarding, Content or Marketing.
Relationship: You will intensify the business relationship with our existing experience partners on a social, structural, qualitative and quantitative level. This includes supporting the partners as a reliable consultant and further developing the products. You will contractually record the optimization and expansion of the offer.
CustomerSucess: Your responsibility is to ensure the quality and availability of the customer experience and to ensure that the experience partner achieves its strategic goals together with us. You derive improvement measures from complaints and partner feedback and are in close contact with our experience partners and our customer service team.

CustomerFocus: You enjoy actively shaping KPI-driven processes and always focus on the satisfaction and success of our experience partners and our customers.
Experience: You are responsible, enjoy conducting negotiations and work in a solution-oriented manner on the various requirements of our partners in daily business.
Skills:
- Proactive thinking and shaping with a focus on strategic, economic and sustainable cooperation for all parties.
- Strong negotiating skills and the ability to think outside the box are part of your skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken German is essential due to the predominant work in the DACH region.
