CRM Manager (m/f/d)

Goal orientation: You inspire our customers along the entire customer journey, promote customer loyalty and sales in the long term and thus support the goals of the CRM team
Data-based projects & measures: You derive targeted strategies from data, reports & customer feedback as well as your own ideas and implement suitable measures in a project-based and structured manner
Passion for direct marketing: You enjoy independently planning, managing and implementing newsletter activities. You optimize direct marketing measures (e.g. e-mail marketing, automation, print mailings, web push), e.g. through clever customer segmentation and personalization of content
Communicative interface: As an important internal interface to e.g. Marketing, Business Intelligence, Product Management, eCommerce, IT, Customer Care, you represent the CRM team in meetings, proactively drive projects forward and keep stakeholders up to date
Analytical skills: You keep an eye on the competition and relevant KPIs, regularly analyze newsletter performance and prepare internal & external presentations to relevant stakeholders

You have successfully completed a degree related to the subject area (e.g. business administration, communication) or comparable training
You have several years of CRM experience, ideally in eCommerce, and have a penchant for analyzing campaign data and deriving recommendations for action and suitable communication approaches
You have many years of experience with email marketing & analysis tools such as emarsys, Google Analytics, PowerBI, TalonOne (practical experience in the print sector is a plus) and are familiar with their features and functionalities
You have gained experience in data projects in the connection / linking / use of customer data (e.g. for target group segmentation & personalization)
You communicate confidently and confidently in German and English, both in writing and in direct exchange
