• Strategic foresight: You develop the vision for our customer management and translate ideas and business goals into a data-driven, KPI-focused roadmap.  

• Team player mentality: Together with analysts, stakeholders and our UX/UI department, you create solutions that inspire our customers. 

• Focus on the customer journey: You dive deep into topics such as mailing, customer data management, customer accounts and loyalty programs - with a clear view of the entire funnel.  

• Roadmap responsibility: You maintain your product roadmap, skillfully balance business priorities and technological excellence and ensure that your solutions create real added value. 

• Priority management: You prioritize requirements, translate complex goals into clear tasks and ensure that your team solves the right problems - not just processes Jira tickets.  

• Technical understanding: You know the relevant technical systems and work hand in hand with developers to continuously improve the customer experience.
