Team Lead (m/f/d) Accounting

Leadership: You take on the technical and disciplinary responsibility for a dedicated team of six and are the contact person for all matters, because your team is close to your heart.
Coordination: You monitor ongoing accounting in the areas of accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and asset accounting and actively support the operational business. You not only have an overview, but also like to get involved yourself.
Preparation: Monthly and annual financial statements are your specialty. You prepare bookings and help with the preparation of monthly reporting for four companies. You pay attention to detail and ensure timely processing.
SAP: You are a real professional in SAP and take care of maintaining the chart of accounts and account creation, while as a key user you support the team in all SAP matters.
Compliance: To ensure compliance with legal requirements, you will be happy to take care of the preparation and submission of reports such as AWV and trade statistics.
Innovation: For you, the status quo is just a starting point - you are constantly coming up with new ideas to make our processes and systems even better and more efficient.

Experience: You have several years of experience in accounting, are familiar with finance and accounting and have completed further training to become an accountant.
Accounting skills: You are characterized by your sound accounting knowledge, which is why you have no problem accounting according to HGB and IFRS.
Leadership experience: You have already gained leadership experience and know how to motivate and bring teams together.
Language: You are a true professional in both German and English and have no difficulty communicating in both languages.
