Team Lead (m/f/d) - Operational Controlling full or part time

About your Job

Management responsibility: Content and disciplinary management as well as continuous development of the three operational Finance Business Partners for the topics Sales & Marketing, IT & Human Resources as well as strategic multi-year planning
Process optimization: Sparings partner for the further development of controlling processes and instruments for the above-mentioned areas
Interface function: Close cooperation with the operational areas and the management, but also with the second part of the controlling team FP&A
Business case calculations: Steering as well as opeartive support in project-related tasks and ad-hoc requests around the topic of business cases and their presentation to the operational areas and management, if required.
Recommendations for action: Supporting management in the business management of operational areas and strategic decision-making.
Budget and forecast processes: Integration into the multi-year budget but also short-term forecast planning and support of the opeartive areas as well as the management with meaningful analyses.

About your Profile

A degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on finance/controlling
Several years of relevant professional experience in controlling, ideally from the eCommerce industry and initial management experience
Good knowledge of accounting (HGB and IFRS)
Excellent analytical skills coupled with a structured, committed and independent way of working
Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as a confident demeanor with various stakeholders up to and including the management board
Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills, other tools are a definite plus.
German and English fluently spoken and written
