B.A. studies: 15€
M.A. program: 17€

About your Job

Operational support: Accompany the purchasing experience (inbound & outbound) with various procedural and administrative tasks in the acquisition process.
System maintenance & contract management: Maintenance of organizer and product data in SAP and Salesforce with the aim of generating contracts.
Contract processing: Handle the dispatch of contracts, process returns and transfer new experiences and organizers to onboarding for final publication.
Communication & interface work: Be the contact person for experience organizers for simple operational questions and support the exchange between purchasing and partners.
Project support: Help the partner acquisition team with market analyses, lead research and use AI-supported tools for process optimization.

About your Profile

You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) in business, events, tourism or a comparable course of study.
You are interested in familiarizing yourself with various internal systems.
You have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and are technically minded.
You work independently, responsibly and keep an overview even in stressful situations.
You are quick on the uptake, maintain an overview even in stressful situations and impress with your structured and careful way of working.
