This is us: TWO BRANDS ONE CULTURE and together: COLORS OF CULTURE! We founded the Culture Ambassador Circle to ensure that our culture is not just marketing, but is actually lived in our everyday lives. This is our internal network of employees from different areas who bring our culture and values to life.

lucky lunch
Once a month, groups are formed at random after registration and can then arrange to meet for lunch together. This gives you the chance to get to know colleagues outside your own department.
Social Days
These take place three times a year and there are opportunities to get involved in various projects such as the Munich Ark, e.g. homework supervision, summer parties, etc.
