We founded the Culture Ambassador Circle to ensure that our culture is not just marketing, but is actually lived in our everyday lives. This is our internal network of employees from different areas who bring our culture and values to life.
Under the motto 'Empower our Culture', we strive to firmly anchor and actively live our corporate values throughout the entire team. That is why we have established company-wide connect formats that offer space to connect with colleagues on a personal and professional level.
This is a knowledge sharing format that is all about networking and exchanging experiences and knowledge - from colleagues for colleagues. So: If you have an interesting topic, let us know!
Once a month, groups are formed at random after registration and can then arrange to meet for lunch together. This gives you the chance to get to know colleagues outside your own department.
These take place three times a year and there are opportunities to get involved in various projects such as the Munich Ark, e.g. homework supervision, summer parties, etc.
Every year, we organize a Christmas fundraiser that focuses on love and generosity. Together we can do good and give help and hope to those in need.
