On our First Day, you will get an overview of our company. Various departments introduce themselves here with their areas of responsibility and relevant information for new starters (e.g. HR with topics such as vacation requests, etc.). This format also functions as a networking space with contacts from various departments.
To spice up your first week, there will be a live scavenger hunt through our Munich office where you can get to know other new starters and explore your new working environment.
To ensure a successful start, an experienced member of your team will be at your side as a buddy. This person will contact you at an early stage and together you will clarify the most important technical and organizational matters on your first day. They will always have an open ear for you during your initial phase.
As a new manager, you will also undergo onboarding with us, during which the respective business partner will go through a presentation with you on topics such as team structure, budget planning processes and other important topics for managers.
In addition to onboarding, numerous other social events await you. It is very important to us that you not only benefit professionally, but also personally and that you enjoy exchanging ideas and networking with others.
Mutual feedback and communication

For this reason, employees and managers have a constructive feedback meeting about once or twice a year. It is important to us that feedback and expectations are given in an open and honest atmosphere on both sides.

We regularly offer various soft skills training courses (multi-day training & focus sessions), which you can register for at your convenience with no annual cap.
In addition, we offer the opportunity to participate in the training programs of our parent company, ProSieben Sat1 Media SE. This opens up a wider range of development resources and strengthens your professional skills in a diverse learning environment.
In addition, our specialist departments have the opportunity to make use of a budget for the further training of their employees. This allows us to invest specifically in the professional development of our teams and ensure that they expand their skills and meet the requirements of the constantly evolving working environment.
Group language courses
Our English-speaking employees have the opportunity to take part in German group courses. After an online placement test, they are divided into groups of approx. 4-5 people depending on their level. The course takes place with the respective group once a week for 1.5 hours during working hours - on a voluntary basis, of course.
Preply
Our English-speaking employees can register on this learning platform to improve their German language skills. Those who need English in a business context and would therefore like to improve their skills can also use this tool. Our employees can choose their trainers and training times individually. We offer financial support in the amount of €540 per year.
