The Jochen Schweizer and mydays experience guarantee is our promise to provide you with the best possible support when redeeming your voucher: flexible, secure, and personalized.
Each voucher can be redeemed for over 9,000 experiences. It is entirely up to you to decide which experience you would like to enjoy, when, and where. Any difference in price can be paid or transferred to new vouchers.
Your voucher is valid for three years. If you can't find a suitable date to redeem it during this period, we will extend it for another year free of charge.
