Will there be recruiting during the Corona crisis?

We are still looking for talented, new employees (m/f/d) and are happy to receive applications for our open and advertised positions, which you can find under "JOBS".

How do job interviews work during the Corona crisis?

Since the health of all applicants (m/f) and employees (m/f) is our top priority, our job interviews are mainly conducted by telephone or video. You will receive all important information about this during the application process.

How does onboarding work in this particular time?
This depends somewhat on the current corona position. However, you will be equipped with the necessary technical devices so that your onboarding can even take place in mobilework mode.

How long does the application process take?

Are you applying as a Scrum Master for our cross-functional teams? Then it makes sense to do a retro after getting to know each other. Would you like to do an internship with us and are currently still in your semester abroad? Then we'll get to know each other easily via Skype. At other places there are also three consecutive job interviews where we as well as you as our applicant get the chance to have a closer look. Because teamfit is very important to us!

Our HR talent scouts aim to provide respectful and timely feedback on the application process. Each vacant position requires a different approach, so we cannot give a general answer about how long your application process will take. However, you should:

  1. After successful upload of your application documents you will receive a confirmation of receipt within the next few minutes.
  2. have received a first feedback from us after 3 weeks at the latest and
  3. If not, please contact us. So if you still haven't heard from us after three weeks, please send us an email to [email protected].
Which way can I apply?

In order to ensure that your application reaches our talent scouts at HR directly and is sent straight to the right position, we ask that you only apply to us online and refrain from sending applications by post or e-mail. Otherwise, your data will have to be entered into our system manually and the processing of your documents will be unnecessarily delayed for you and for us. In addition, we and the environment are happy about the saved paper. Yeah ????

I have not found a suitable job offer in your job market. Can I also send an unsolicited application?

I'd be glad to. Can I apply for an internship of less than 3 months or a student internship?

Unfortunately, we do not offer places for student internships or internships for a period of less than three months. It is our aim to give our interns a deeper insight into the company's processes so that they can also take on their own areas of responsibility or projects. Therefore, we can only offer internships with a duration of at least 3 months. You can find all vacant internships in our job market.

I would like to write my Bachelor or Master thesis with Jochen Schweizer. Can I apply to you, and if so, how?

We are always delighted to hear from interested parties who find Jochen Schweizer so attractive that they proactively apply to us with an exciting topic - that fits in very well with our corporate culture. How do I know that my application has been received successfully?

If your application is successfully uploaded, you will receive a confirmation of receipt by e-mail a few minutes later. If you don't receive it, the confirmation of receipt is either in your spam mailbox or your application was not successful and you should try again (maybe you had a typo in your mail address?). If you still have problems, please send us a mail to [email protected]!

How can I process my application documents or withdraw my application if necessary?
