With our two leading brands, Jochen Schweizer and mydays, we have been a market leader for more than 20 years and have ambitious growth goals for the future.
Our technology-driven company is built on a modern, AWS-based microservices architecture, complemented by an on-premises ERP and Office infrastructure. All platform development and operations are handled in-house by our specialized application development and UX teams.

Your impact

Networking & Security: You take reliable and secure systems for granted. That’s why you’ll be responsible for the administration, configuration, and reliable operation of our IT and network infrastructure, including firewalls, VPN connections, and security services.

Servers & Virtualization: To ensure that our systems remain high-performing and available at all times, you will continue to manage, maintain, and develop our server and virtualization environment in a hybrid Microsoft Windows and Linux landscape (including VMware).

Identity & Cloud: You will administer and maintain Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, DNS, and DHCP, as well as user accounts, group policies, and permissions.

Clients & Software: You are responsible for central software distribution and endpoint management for clients, devices, and applications, ensuring that all colleagues can work as efficiently as possible.

Monitoring & Performance: You prefer to identify challenges before they arise. That’s why you monitor, analyze, and optimize our entire IT infrastructure using state-of-the-art monitoring and data center management systems.

IT Services & Processes: You keep a clear overview even in fast-paced situations. You resolve issues, reliably implement changes, and keep our documentation up to date.
Your expertise

You have completed vocational training in the IT field, such as an IT specialist for system integration, or hold a comparable qualification.

With several years of experience in managing network, server, and IT infrastructures, you bring the necessary practical knowledge to the table.

Your structured and analytical approach makes you an expert in network technologies such as TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, and VPN connections.

You have extensive experience with Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and hybrid environments using Microsoft Azure / Entra ID.

You have hands-on experience with virtualization solutions, ideally VMware, as well as with the operation of firewall and security systems.

Your reliable and solution-oriented approach ensures that you have a solid grasp of monitoring, software distribution, and endpoint management systems, as well as IT service processes.
