Analytics, Potential & RankScale: With your in-depth analytical skills, you’ll lead strategic research and complex competitive analyses, and use data to identify untapped potential for our products.

SEO & GEO Strategy: You are a true pioneer in the search engine field. You not only further develop our existing SEO strategies but also transform them in a sustainable way in the GEO area to increase visibility in LLMs and AI overviews.

Content & On-Page Architecture: You have strategic oversight of our information architecture and are therefore responsible for developing high-performing content hubs, page structures, and internal linking strategies.

Technical SEO & Core Web Vitals: You are responsible for enterprise-level technical SEO and are therefore able to independently further develop crawling, indexing, website architecture, and Core Web Vitals.

Data, GA4 & Performance Reporting: You will be responsible for monitoring global SEO and GEO KPIs, creating reports, and deriving strategic recommendations based on them.

Collaboration & Leadership: You’ll work closely with the content, product, and IT teams, translate complex requirements into clear tasks, and ensure the smooth implementation of SEO/GEO measures across all teams.
Your expertise

Several years of solid professional experience in strategic and technical SEO, ideally in an enterprise or e-commerce setting.

In-depth technical knowledge (understanding of rendering, JavaScript SEO, log file analysis, and server structures) as well as experience working with CMS and PIM systems such as Pimcore.

Initial practical experience or in-depth expertise in GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and an understanding of how LLMs process information.

Proficiency in using common SEO tools (Sistrix, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console) and, ideally, prior experience with RankScale for SEO automation.

Strong analytical skills and an excellent understanding of GA4 to translate large amounts of data into clear growth strategies.

An exceptional eye for detail, combined with strong communication skills, to convey even complex technical issues clearly to various stakeholders.
