About your Job

You are fully responsible for redeeming our experience vouchers and booking the corresponding experience dates. These steps are decisive for the satisfaction of our customers and are therefore our main focus.
Our experience portfolio includes over 4500 partners with a good five-digit number of different experiences. This is precisely the challenge of implementing the voucher redemption perfectly.
Your role is cross-functional, i.e. includes data science, product management, customer UI/UX and the corresponding IT back office including interfaces with the corresponding personnel responsibility and team leadership.
Your goals include not only the operation and further development of a smooth redemption process, but also responsibility for the expansion of satisfied existing customers and cross-selling/upselling.
In your role, you report directly to the CEO and coordinate closely with the other directors in the areas of sales, customer and product/partner management.

About your Profile

You have completed a degree in business administration or natural sciences with very good grades.
You have at least 4 years of experience in a leading management consultancy, at the C-level of an eCommerce start-up or a similarly demanding environment with a proven track record of outstanding success.
You generally work in an analytical and structured manner, like to develop solutions that are based on customer needs and are well thought out "end2end".
You live a pragmatic "hands-on" approach and are familiar with agile IT development of modern web applications and data science/AI in a specific product context.
You have relevant management experience, are a real team player and good communicator and know how to inspire and develop employees.
You are highly motivated to build something of your own and make it a success, even if there are hurdles to overcome.
