By registering with Jochen Schweizer mydays Group, you provide Jochen Schweizer mydays Group with your personal data about a concrete application for the purpose of job search. Your data will be stored and processed on the systems of our software partner SmartRecruiters GmbH.

All employees of the human resources department as well as our software partner are obliged to maintain secrecy about personal data within the scope of their employment contract. 3 Use of your personal data
During the application procedure, in addition to title, surname and first name, the usual correspondence data such as postal address, e-mail address and telephone numbers are stored in the applicant database. In addition, application documents such as letters of motivation, curriculum vitae, professional, training and further training qualifications as well as job references are recorded.
These data are stored, evaluated, processed or forwarded internally exclusively in the context of your application. They are only accessible to employees of the personnel department and the persons responsible for the selection of the Jochen Schweizer mydays Group. Under no circumstances will your data be passed on to companies or persons outside the Jochen Schweizer mydays Group or used for other purposes. The data can be processed for statistical purposes (e.g. reporting). Thereby no conclusions on individual persons are possible.

If you have created a profile for yourself, you can access your electronic data at any time, change it or delete your data yourself. If you wish to change or delete your data, but have not created a profile for yourself, please contact [email protected].

If you take up a job with a company of the Jochen Schweizer mydays Group, your personal data, or an extract of it, will be added to your personal file.

If you have applied but received a negative reply, your details will be deleted after six months at the latest after receipt of the application documents (entire application profile). There will be no notification about the deletion of the data.

Jochen Schweizer mydays Group also works with a talent pool. This is a candidate management system whose system focus lies in the acquisition of talent. This talent pool should enable Jochen Schweizer mydays Group to maintain contact with talented personalities and, if necessary, to win them for future employment. For this purpose, the selected persons are informed about special job offers of Jochen Schweizer mydays Group. The candidate's consent is required for acceptance into the Talent Pool.
