I am responsible for tracking our web stores and also for a wide range of analyses relating to the stores.

WHY DID YOU CHOOSE JSMD?

I chose JSMD because I thought the product was cool and exciting.

WHAT DO YOU PARTICULARLY LIKE ABOUT JSMD?

I just like my team and the people so much. It's fun to work with them and you learn a lot from each other.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESSFUL DEVELOPMENT?

My recipe is to seize opportunities, be open to learning new things and not be afraid of change/development.

WHAT TRAINING STEPS DID YOU TAKE?

I studied business administration in the traditional way.

WHAT EXPERIENCE HAVE YOU ALREADY GAINED?

Seven years ago, I started with an internship at Jochen Schweizer in the merchandise department straight after my studies. This was followed by a permanent position in the eCommerce team, where I was responsible for onsite management and campaigns in the web store. After about 2.5 years, I wanted to develop further in the analytical direction and got the chance to start in the Product Analytics department.

WHAT TYPE OF EXPERIENCE ARE YOU?

I'm a big outdoor fan and particularly like everything to do with hiking.
