As a Junior SAP Consultant in our company, I am responsible for optimizing and maintaining the SAP systems. This includes a variety of tasks, such as analyzing business processes, developing customized solutions within the SAP system and ensuring that our SAP applications run efficiently and effectively. My role requires working closely with various departments to understand their requirements and develop appropriate SAP solutions to help improve operations.
My decision to join JSMD was more of a happy coincidence. When I was looking for jobs in my field, the JSMD Group caught my eye. I already knew both Jochen Schweizer and mydays through my own purchases and had only ever had positive experiences. These personal experiences led me to believe that JSMD must be a great company that offers exciting products (experiences), is characterized by interesting people and offers a wide range of job opportunities. I was so excited by this idea that I applied immediately - in fact, it was my first and only application. I quickly realized that JSMD could be the ideal place for my career where I could use and develop my skills.
I particularly appreciate the dynamic and innovative corporate culture, which is a stark contrast to my previous job in a very conservative company with rigid structures and strict hierarchies. JSMD, on the other hand, offers an exciting and dynamic working environment characterized by exciting products. The Jochen Schweizer brand and mydays are very well known and recognized in German-speaking countries. It is always a great feeling to see how enthusiastic people react when I tell them that I work at JSMD. This recognition and the pride of being part of such a company motivates me every day and makes my work a truly rewarding experience.
My personal recipe is based on several core principles. Firstly, it is important to maintain a childlike interest in a wide range of topics - in a positive sense. This curiosity drives me to constantly learn and discover new things. Another important aspect is empathy. A genuine interest in people, their lives and careers helps me to understand people better and work together more effectively. In addition, initiative is essential for me when learning new topics and specialist areas. The world is constantly changing and it is important that I actively continue my education to keep my finger on the pulse. After all, structured, organized and conscientious work is crucial for success.
First I completed my Abitur at grammar school, then a Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering and finally a Master's degree in industrial engineering.
I was a bachelor's student at Krones AG and then a voluntary intern, working student, master's student and finally a normal employee at Knorr-Bremse Systeme für Nutzfahrzeuge GmbH.
Overall, I'm a pretty versatile adventure type who loves a mixture of adrenaline, discovery and relaxation. Although I have a slight fear of heights and therefore avoid activities that involve the risk of falling, I am all the more drawn to anything with a motor - especially machines with a lot of power and/or speed. Sporting activities with new challenges are also one of my passions, as they offer me the necessary balance and the opportunity to constantly develop myself further. And I'm also fascinated by traveling: experiencing new cultures, discovering places, nature and animals and enjoying the local cuisine. And although I love excitement, I also appreciate moments of relaxation - albeit not for too long.
My heart beats equally for both brands. Due to the type of experience I described above and the wide range of products on offer, I can't really name a clear favorite.
