WHAT ARE YOU RESPONSIBLE FOR?

I am responsible for processing customer concerns. I work on the following categories: Complaints before and after appointments, promo, social media, priority, validity and experience reports. I also look after the support hotline for our call center and represent our team across departments in numerous meetings.

WHY DID YOU CHOOSE JSMD?

My friend was Store Manager in the Regensburg store at the time of my application. I learned a lot about the corporate culture and the product from him, which ultimately motivated me to apply to the JSMD Group.

WHAT DO YOU PARTICULARLY LIKE ABOUT JSMD?

It is difficult to answer this question briefly and concisely, as there is a lot here. From the flat hierarchies to our office, the external activities, the team days, working abroad, the support for individuals and the employee benefits.

Definitely passion - I live and love the brand, which helps me in my professional development.

I did an apprenticeship.

Learning a foreign language and traveling abroad have been particularly enriching.

I'm definitely an adrenaline junkie - from skydiving to canyoning with a 30-meter cliff jump to hot rodding.
