WHAT ARE YOU RESPONSIBLE FOR?

I take care of the relationships with our customers. Through targeted, personalized communication, we want to show the products that are really relevant to the customer and thus build a long-term customer relationship. We do this with attractive, varied communication by email, post and other channels.

WHY DID YOU CHOOSE JSMD?

I can identify 100% with the products and values of both brands. Go out and enjoy real experiences with all your senses. You grow as a person and shared stories bring people together. And the short commute, as a real Munich resident from just outside the city, there's nothing better. However, the healthy mix of working from home means that this issue is no longer so important.

WHAT DO YOU PARTICULARLY LIKE ABOUT JSMD?

The respectful interaction with each other, the entrepreneurial freedom you get for decisions / tests and the collegial team: everyone wants to actively make a difference and puts a positive spin on things for others.

Stay curious: Ask lots of questions, even if they sometimes seem silly.

WHAT TRAINING STEPS DID YOU TAKE?

A-levels and then studied sports economics.

WHAT EXPERIENCE HAVE YOU ALREADY GAINED?

4 years in advertising and CRM agencies, 2 years at SportScheck, 2 years at DeutschlandCard, 4 years at MediaMarktSaturn and one year at PAYBACK until I found my home here.

WHAT TYPE OF EXPERIENCE ARE YOU?

At the moment, this is changing from outdoor experiences, preferably sporting, to culinary or social experiences (after all, you're not getting any younger).
