Customer Care

We are the mouthpiece of our customers in the company and vice versa. We answer the written concerns of our customers and are available to our external call center colleagues when they need support. We also make sure that customer concerns are categorized and tracked so that we can continuously improve as a company and in the right places. We are not only a very close-knit team, but also have a concentrated, in-depth process know-how, which we are happy to share with our colleagues throughout the company.
